Click on the link below to set up your account to make online payments. You will need to register a Portal Login to view your previous payments and usage history. You can also choose the Quick Pay option if you only want to make a payment.
Please remember that your bill is due in full by the 15th of each month, and any payments not received by the due date are considered delinquent. If your payment is not received by the due date, a late payment penalty of $5.00 or 1.5%, whichever is greater will be applied to your account.
If your bill is less than $10.00, you can let it roll over to the next month, and no penalties will be applied to your account.

Payment Options
Ponderosa Utility Corporation has many payment options for you to pay your water bill. We want it to be convenient and easy to get your payment in by the due date of the 15th of each month.
We accept cash, checks & credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). You can drop off cash or checks in the black payment box located on Osage next to the mailbox at any time. This box is secure and checked daily. Credit card payments can be made in person at the utility office, on the phone or through the payment portal tab above.

We also have the ACH draft payment plan that debits your checking or savings account each month on the 13th for the amount due. If you would like to sign up for this service, please download the form under the New Service & Forms tab and either it drop off or email it to us.
